Non Woven soft Polyamide fibre belts are ideal for cleaning
heavily soiled clubheads. Its also very good at removing paint
and hard epoxy off graphite shaft tips without cutting into the
fibre. Our Polyamide Fibre belts are as good as replacement
for 3M Scotchbright belts.

Low stretch durable 5 mm thick felt belts used for polishing
metals as well as plastic. Polishing compound must be used
for best effect. Polishing heads with felt belt is much cleaner
and safer than buffing wheels when detailing assembled clubs.

White Linen belts are the preferred medium for thinning down and
blending ferrules without scratching the hosel or shaft. Soft and
flexible, the belt follows the contour easily under light pressure,
which prevents burn marks and an uneven finish

Ferrule finishing Linen Belt bound to a stiff cotton / Polyester
backing that has very little stretch or that warps easily, giving
the experienced clubmaker more control when touching up
minor imperfections.

This belt is also recommanded for prepping uncoated graphite
shaft tips. Last longer than standard white linen belts but care
must be taken not to drag over belt as this can leave stop marks.

30 micron super-hard oxide that’s excellent for prepping
graphite shaft tips, and removing minor scratches off club
heads. This belt is very flexible and can easily follow the
contours of a club-head. Not suitable for irons with a mirror
like finish.

Norax Tri-Helical X16 is the belt for restoring a satin finish on
dulled clubheads and for prepping coated graphite shaft tips
without cutting into the fibre. Good for removing oxides off
unpainted clubheads. Lasts 5 times longer than coated belts

A soft flexible belts ideal for intermediate finishing prior to buffing
heads to a mirror like finish. Trizact is suitable for refinishing hard
alloyed irons (stainless & maraging). Also works for polishing
titanium heads to a satin finish. Can be used for prepping shafts.

240 Grit is ideal for removing thick film coating off
graphite shafts, while leaving a slight textured surface
for the epoxy to adhere to. When prepping Graphite
Shaft tips; apply light pressure with continous rotation.
This will prevent the coating from melting and adhering
to the belt.

120 Grit is a good compromise for prepping steel and
graphite shafts and can be used to remove hardened
epoxy on shafts that are to be re-installed.

80 Grit Shaft tip prepping and de-burring belt for Steel shafts.
80G Does not bite as hard into the chrome, leaving a moderatly
rough surface. Best used with medium light weight steel shafts.

Bites into the chrome leaving a rough surface for the epoxy to
grip to. 60G is best Used on thick walled, heavier to medium
weight steel shafts.
