We've designed this ruler for those involved with shaft quality control, and OEM's with large golf club processing and assembly lines. This ruler measures shafts up to 50" to within an accuracy of better than 0.04". The shaft is held dead center during the measuring process which eliminates small measuring errors introduced by the shaft rate of taper.
The ruler is built using high precision magnetized strip encoders with a precision of 1/100 millimeter. The Auditor Lambda display adds all the functionality needed to calibrate, measure and transfer data to either a PC or serial printer port.

Designed from the ground up and carved out of a solid piece of aluminum, the lron Grip vise has a balanced clamping system that wedges the clubhead securely with four diagonally spaced claws, so that when you strike a blow, the iron won't chase under the stamp, scuffing and ruining the works. The Iron Grip claws are all rotatably adjustable to take on any sole angle radius and bounce, while the upper claws are adjusted individually to lock onto the top line, effectively wedging the clubhead against the lower claws to prevent sliding

A Stainles Steel shim that allows a lie and loft adjustemnt range up to 1.5 degree
dry fit onteh clubhead and rotate shaft before measuring change in the lie & loft. Repeat until the desired target is achived. Mark with a sharpie, take down before bondingin place.
