Placing Your First Order

Placing an order at golfmechanix.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online.

Finding Items

First you will need to browse for the items you would like to order. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product information page. Here you will find more information about the item, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to ship.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on the right side of the product information page. Until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. The inventory status for the item you select is displayed next to the add button.
When the status is "out of stock" the item will be back ordered. If you do not wish to have that item on back order change the quantity back to Zero (0). The item willbe removed from you cart at check out.
You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart Items--To Buy Now" section of your cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Signing In

Enter your e-mail address, indicate that you are a new customer, and click the "Register" button. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) Do not fill in the password field. You will be asked to provide a password for your account later in the process.

Enter a Shipping Address

Tell us where you would like to ship your order.

To save on freight cost we'll consolidate your items into one single shipment if possible. It will usually take about 7~15 days for your order to ship. This will usually depend on our inventory level and production schedule.

Provide a Password and Method of Payment

Associate a password with your account so that when you come back to golfmechanix.com in the future, you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an order.

Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept MasterCard, Visa. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

Tracking Your Order

If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, click the Your Account link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. Here you will be able to change your mind about the particulars of your order without having to contact us. Keep in mind that your order will go throug three steps:

Payment pending: We aknowledge the reception of your order and are now waiting for the credit card proccesor to issue the transaction authorization code so we can debit the transaction amount from your account.

Order processing: We aknowledge that your credit card has been processed sucessfuly and that your order is either pulled from stock or is in production.

Shipping: The order is now complete and on its way to you. At this stage we will issue you the Airway bill number and carrier so you can track your parcel(s) locally.

Cancelling your order

Your order can be cancelled at anytime while payment is pending. Once the authorization code is issued the order can no longer be cancelled.
