Graphite Shaft Tip Extractor

Graphite Shaft Tip Extractor is a handy little tool that

saves a lot of time and frustration when dealing with

broken shaft tips! Screws into the back of the broken

shaft to extend it. The extension can then be clamped

into a shaft extractor for removal.

Pulling out shafts that broke flush with the hosel is a time

consuming job unless you have a set of specially designed set

of threading taps that can cut through heat treated chrome

molly and vanadium alloyed steels shafts.

Simply thread the tap deep enough into the hosel, then slip the

spacer over the tap and tighten the nut. Heat up the hosel and

pull to extract.

We’ve added an extender that screws into the tap to permit

the use of a shaft extractor. This is faster than removing the

broken bit using the spacer and nut.
