An automated Precision metered industrial grade epoxy dispenser that mixes

the adhesive on demand and at a short interval while assembling clubs in a

production setting. The adhesive is always active coming out of the nozzle and

is poured directly into the hosel then spread to coat the inside walls.

Shafts are rolled directly into the dollop. The benefits of using an

automated dispenser are all that obvious when compared to the old

fashioned way.

Nozzle Replacement Kit

Detachable mixing tubes combine both parts of the epoxy once it gets

dispensed from the nozzle, preventing activated epoxy from clogging up the

nozzle. Mixing tubes are one time use only and come in 3 different sizes.

In the event of excessive clogging at the

nozzle’s tip, simply replacing the tip

with a spare will resolve the issue much

faster than trying to clean it out!
