1 Gallon HP Industrial Adhesive Dispenser

The Golfmechanix High Pressure Two Part Epoxy Dispenser is an industrial grade epoxy

dispenser capable of precisely metering and mixing epoxy to a preset ratio and dispens-

ing it at short intervals. Using electronic valves and our in house control IC, the unit is

capable of controlling epoxy dispensing duration down to 100 milliseconds, giving the

production line precise control over epoxy use. Each part of the epoxy is kept in a

separate, air tight canister and is mixed only when the epoxy gets dispensed through

the nozzle. This greatly extends the working time of your epoxy and reduces waste by

up to 50% compared to more traditional methods. A throwaway mixing nozzle is used

to ensure the epoxy is mixed only when it’s outside the nozzle, making the nozzle

easier to clean and maintain after usage.

In the event of excessive clogging at the

nozzle’s tip, simply replacing the tip

with a spare will resolve the issue much

faster than trying to clean it out!

Detachable mixing tubes combine both parts of the epoxy once it gets

dispensed from the nozzle, preventing activated epoxy from clogging up the

nozzle. Mixing tubes are one time use only and come in 3 different sizes.
