Pneumatic Gripping Vise

with vertical clamp setup

A compact pneumatic speed gripper that can be held in a vise, bolted to a

bench or mounted on top of our transformer stand.

The Speed gripper has a built in air regulator that controls clamping

pressure independently from clamping speed. This fine adjustment let the

clubmaker control how fast and how much pressure is applied to the shaft.

The 2" diameter cylinder developes in excess of 600 Newton at 300 Kpa

which is rougly 130 Lbs. at 43 PSI. This is the maximum recommanded

settings when gripping standard weight shaft.

The cylinder max working pressure is 6 bars~90 PSI.

Hi Power Compact Grip Alignment Tracer

A universal grip aliment laser powered by

two industrial grade diodes

producing a super bright trace that

projects down the shaft centreline

to aid with grip alignment. The pod

installs directly on top of the vise

clamp just ew inches above the grip with

the trace projecting fore

and aft along the length of the club.
