FEA engineered Bending bar

A heavy duty bending bar engineered from the ground up for strength and durability.

We used FEA (Finite Element analysis) to pinpoint areas of high stress which could lead

to failure.

The end resulted is a welded construction that transitions high loads from the frame to

the handle with very little bending at the neck.

The jaw adjustment screw is housed internally.

The FEA bending bar has slanted jaws and a bevelled entry for added clearance.

This bending bar is suitable for working on the hard to bend alloys like 17-4, 15-5

and 450 Stainless steel.
