Professional Heavy Duty Shaft Cutter

An industrial shaft cutter with a proven track record for reliability

and safety. We've built well over 30 machines to date, some of

which have been highly customized at the operator's request to

work within the established production systems.

Our design allows butt and tip trimming of raw shafts as well as

fully assembled sets of irons to length using custom jigs. Shafts are

nested into cradles and held securely with pneumatic clamps to

exclude the possibility of them rolling under the blade. Graphite

shafts are cut clean of burrs and splinters without compromising

productivity in any significant way.

Compliance with applicable health and safety standards are also

met with respect to guarding, dust containment and extraction,

noise reduction, electric insulation and integration of safety devices

like E-switches.

A new additional refinement to the design is the addition of a dual

scale digital ruler where the butt and tip trim are set independently

of each other, which can be handy when custom trimming jigs are

used for specific sets of club models.
