HDI Digital Lie & Loft Measuring gauge

This HDI, Heavy Duty Industrial gauge is built on the same frame as

the standard analogue model and is the result of an incessant drive

towards greater production efficiencies and tighter manufacturing

specifications.

We’ve powered this HDI gauge with our Auditor (π) digital engine,

driving shock proof, high resolution digital encoders; and have

interfaced the whole package to our SPC data collection software, to

deliver a fast, accurate and scalable solution that can be easily

deployed to production lines.

-Measure lie, loft and face angle to a resolution of 0.1 degree.

-X-Y table scaled for hosel offset & face progression measurements.

-Micrometric height adjustable groove alignment apron.

-Integrated calibration standard with one step calibration setup.

-Preformatted data collection matrix for single/batch process mode
