Pneumatic Reference Analyser

A Brand new semi-automated frequency analyzer design built around our super stable and

highly successful load cell technology which has driven our line of reference analyzers for

the past 2 decades.We've tweaked this design by adding a split top clamp that can handle

shaft butts at 2,3,4 and 5" as well as ripped shafts. This is in line with current trends at

some of the top club fitters in the country. Now and with this new update; High volume

fitters and those club makers heavily vested into shaft profiling can benefit from the speed

and reliability of this design with the integrated and advanced shaft profiling systems (APS).

Analogue to Digital signal processing features

-Load cell sensing technology detects the faintest shaft oscillation.

-Selectable sensitivity level with digital oscillation count filtering.

-Selectable additive averaging function with override protection

-Analogue signal output offers additional analytical tools to aid shaft

design investigation of elastic recovery, fatigue stress analysis etc.

Shaft Clamp Features:

Pneumatic Control features

-50/50 Split clamp arrangement allows the shaft butt

to be clamped at 2",4" 5" and anything in between.

-Machined V-seat in upper clamp improves shaft coupling

with an excellent pressure distribution over contact area.

-Split clamp improves pressure distribution over gripped

shafts and reduces damping losses which greatly proves

the quality of CPM readings.

-Regulated, fully adjustable clamping pressure

-Zero damping, Self Equalizing cylinder pressure

-One way flow, automatic clamp return.
