Paint Coat Thickness

The paint coat on the strike face can affect the CT value. This is however, only the case, if the layer is thick. To identify whether the paint coat thickness is affecting the CT value, observe the slope of the data collected from the impact test. A slope greater than 20 signifies that the pain coat is too thick.

When the software detects that the paint coat thickness is affecting the resulting CT,  a pop-up window will appear prompting the user for the clubs pain coat thickness.
